Hi,

I'm a first year Computer Science graduate student with career experience in software testing. 

Having worked as a member of the Quality Assurance team at Epic Systems, I've gained knowledge pertaining to end user and automated testing processes, database querying and reporting (SQL and Oracle databases), and developing tools to enhance customer implementation of Epic's software suite. I have aided several customer support staff teams, both remotely and on-site, with issues related to troubleshooting, implementation, and ongoing maintenance for over 30 hospitals across the U.S.
